Palin: Obama Could Help Re-election Fortunes if he Plays "the war card"

Sarah Palin said on Sunday That if President Barack Obama "played the war card" and declared war on Iran or bolstered Israel, it could change the political dynamic and improve his re-election odds.

"If the election were today I do not think that Obama would be elected. But three years from now things could change on the national security front," she said on "Fox News Sunday."

Palin Would Consider Running for President

Sarah Palin said on"Fox News Sunday" that it would be "absurd" for her not to consider running for president.

"I would (run) if I believe that that is the right thing to do for our country and for the Palin family," she said.

Palin Didn't Let Opponents Drive her from Office

Sarah Palin rejected the characterization on Sunday that she let her political opponents drive her from office when she stepped down as governor of Alaska.

"Hell, no thankfully I didn't. What we did was, we won," because the state is not spending millions of dollars to fight ethics charges brought by her opponents, she said on "Fox News Sunday."
